The Challenge

Regenesis did excellent clinical work and had the 5-star reputation to prove it — but no website was carrying that reputation online. Prospective patients who found the clinic on Google had nowhere to land, no way to understand which service they needed, and no fast path to book. Every one of those visitors was a booking quietly lost to a competitor with a real site.

• A trust spine throughout — 5.0★ rating, 174+ verified Google reviews, practitioner credentials and conditions treated — placed exactly where doubt tends to appear.
• A local-SEO architecture (Surrey service-area pages, treatment pages, LocalBusiness + review schema) engineered to rank for 'physiotherapy Surrey' and condition-specific searches, and to be cited by AI answer engines.
• Mobile-first and fast: the whole booking path is built to load instantly and convert on a phone, where most rehab searches happen.

The Outcome

The new site turned a strong reputation into a booking engine. Removing the friction between 'found on Google' and 'appointment booked' — the precision-diagnosis router, one-tap Jane App booking, and up-front direct-billing — roughly tripled online bookings per month within the first quarter. The local-SEO build pushed the clinic into the top of Surrey rehab search, and the 5.0★ / 174+ review wall now does the convincing before a patient ever calls. The result: more of the right patients, booked in a single tap, with far less admin on the front desk.
